A pale dye bath is made up first and the ball of yarn to be dyed is placed in the dye bath. The results would be good for sock , bag or scarf. Some are done in the traditional forward and backward knots in mercerised cotton.Others are crocheted in silk or cotton and will have beads added - watch this space!
